These policies supplement the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Where applicable law requires otherwise, applicable law controls.
Permitted use
SantosHosting customers may use the resources included with their purchased service for legitimate applications, game servers, databases, mail services, and developer workloads. We do not impose an undisclosed universal CPU or memory usage ceiling. Product-specific allocations, technical limits, and legal restrictions still apply.
Fair usage of network and storage
We allow normal, sustained use of purchased resources. Network and storage usage must not be intentionally abusive, disruptive, or designed to overwhelm our systems or other customers. Examples include deliberately flooding network links, generating artificial traffic to exhaust capacity, intentionally filling storage to impair shared infrastructure, or bypassing plan-specific storage allocations.
Fair usage does not mean unlimited physical network capacity or unlimited storage. We do not promise unrestricted access beyond the allocations and technical capabilities of your plan. If usage threatens service stability, we may investigate and apply reasonable mitigations, including rate limits, temporary restrictions, or service suspension. Where practical, we will contact customers about remediable issues before taking action.
Prohibited activities
Do not host or distribute malware, botnets, phishing pages, spam, pirated or leaked software, stolen credentials, infringing content, or unlawful material. DDoS attacks, unauthorized scanning, attempts to access other customers' data, abuse of shared resources, and attempts to bypass authentication or service restrictions are prohibited.
Customers running FiveM or other modded game servers are responsible for using legally obtained, properly licensed scripts, assets, maps, vehicles, and other resources, and for complying with platform rules. SantosHosting is not affiliated with or endorsed by Cfx.re, FiveM, Rockstar Games, or Take-Two Interactive.
Customer responsibilities and enforcement
You are responsible for activity performed through your accounts and hosted services, including by people to whom you grant access. We may investigate suspected violations, require corrective action, limit traffic, suspend services, or terminate serious violations in accordance with our Terms of Service. Urgent threats may require immediate action.
Reporting
Submit abuse reports through the Client Area ticket system or email [email protected]. Include the affected service, relevant URLs/IP addresses, timestamps, and supporting evidence where available.
