These policies supplement the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Where applicable law requires otherwise, applicable law controls.
Billing
Hosting plans, billing cycles, plan options, invoices, and charges are presented through the Client Area. Customers should review the final checkout terms before completing a purchase. Renewals, when applicable, follow the billing terms disclosed for the selected plan.
How to cancel
Submit a cancellation request through the Client Area or contact [email protected] for assistance. Include the affected service and identify whether you are requesting cancellation as soon as available or at the end of the paid term. We will confirm the effective cancellation date and whether further action is required.
Request cancellation before your next renewal to avoid future charges. Customers remain responsible for valid charges incurred before cancellation becomes effective, subject to applicable law and the terms disclosed at purchase. We will not require cancellation procedures that violate applicable consumer protection laws.
Service and data consequences
Cancellation or termination may lead to service shutdown and deletion of hosted files, databases, configurations, and backups. Export your data and download independent backups before the effective cancellation date. We do not promise a post-cancellation grace period or that deleted data can be recovered.
Refunds and nonpayment
Cancellation does not automatically result in a refund. See our Refund Policy. Unpaid invoices may result in service restriction, suspension, or termination as described in our Terms of Service.
