Report prohibited or harmful activity
SantosHosting accepts reports of malware, phishing, fraud, spam, unauthorized access, network attacks, pirated or otherwise unlawful hosting, and other alleged violations of our Acceptable Use Policy.
How to submit a report
Submit a ticket through the Client Area, or email [email protected]. You do not need to publish the report publicly.
Provide, where available, the hostname, URL, IP address, affected service, dates and times (including time zone), a concise description, and relevant evidence such as logs or screenshots. Do not send passwords, private keys, or unnecessary personal information.
Review and response
We review reports based on available information and may request additional details. Depending on the circumstances, we may contact the customer, mitigate traffic, restrict service access, suspend the affected service, or take other steps permitted under our Terms of Service and applicable law.
We cannot promise a particular resolution or response time, and may be unable to share confidential details about another customer or an investigation.

For notices alleging copyright infringement, refer to our DMCA & Copyright Policy. General abuse reports do not replace statutory notice requirements.
