Subprocessors & Service Providers

Last updated: October 8, 2026

These policies supplement the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Where applicable law requires otherwise, applicable law controls.

Overview

SantosHosting uses third-party infrastructure and payment services, alongside software operated on its own hosting environment. A subprocessor is a separate organization that processes personal data on behalf of another processor; not every software product or vendor is necessarily a subprocessor.

External providers

Provider Purpose Potential data involved
Stripe Payment processing Payment and transaction information, billing identifiers, and fraud-prevention information as needed to process payments
OVHcloud Physical hosting, network, and infrastructure services Customer content and technical/account-related information present on hosted systems or in infrastructure and network logs, depending on service configuration

The actual processing relationship and data categories depend on each provider's contracts and technical configuration. External vendors may act as processors, subprocessors, or independent controllers for different activities.

Self-hosted software platforms

Platform Use Processing arrangement
Calagopus Hosting panel and service management Software operated by SantosHosting; listing it does not establish the software project as an external subprocessor
FOSSBilling Customer accounts, orders, and invoices Self-hosted billing software operated by SantosHosting; not automatically an external subprocessor

Other software referenced in the Privacy Policy, including Mailcow if deployed, may also process information within our infrastructure. Deployment of self-hosted software does not automatically mean its maintainers receive your data.

International processing and rights

Some service providers may process information in different jurisdictions depending on their service and contract. Requests regarding your personal information may be sent to [email protected].
