These policies supplement the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Where applicable law requires otherwise, applicable law controls.
Respect for intellectual property
SantosHosting prohibits hosting, distributing, or using content without the permissions or licenses legally required. This includes unauthorized FiveM scripts, maps, models, vehicles, textures, and other third-party assets.
Submitting a copyright complaint
For a copyright complaint, contact [email protected] or submit a ticket through the Client Area. Please provide:
- Your physical or electronic signature, or that of someone authorized to act for the copyright owner.
- Identification of the copyrighted work allegedly infringed.
- Identification of the allegedly infringing material and enough information to locate it on our services (such as a specific URL or service address).
- Your name and sufficient contact information, including an email address and, where required, physical address or telephone number.
- A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act for the owner of the relevant exclusive right.
Review, removal, and counter-notices
We may review notices, request missing details, notify affected customers, and remove or disable access to material when appropriate. Where applicable, customers may submit a counter-notification that complies with 17 U.S.C. § 512(g), including identification of removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury regarding mistake or misidentification, their name, address, telephone number, signature, and required consent to court jurisdiction and service of process. We will follow applicable statutory procedures.
Repeat infringers
We maintain a policy of terminating repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances and will apply it in accordance with applicable law.
