Service platforms
SantosHosting uses self-hosted software to provide several services.
Game server hosting
Our FiveM and game server services use Calagopus, an open-source game server management panel built in Rust.
Calagopus may collect limited telemetry and technical information depending on our configuration. This may include software versions, system information, resource counts, and other usage statistics.
Telemetry and diagnostic collection depend on the deployed software and its settings.
Mail hosting
Our mail hosting services use a self-hosted instance of Mailcow.
Mail services may process information including email addresses, message contents, authentication information, IP addresses, spam filtering data, delivery information, and server logs as required to provide email service.
Mailcow and its included software components may also generate diagnostic or telemetry data depending on configuration.
Billing
Billing and customer account management are handled through a self-hosted instance of FOSSBilling in our Client Area.
FOSSBilling may process account, order, invoice, transaction, and billing information required to manage your services.
Payments may also be processed by external payment providers. Information submitted directly to those providers is subject to their respective privacy policies.
Public website
The public website reads product descriptions, prices, billing cycles, and public order options from FOSSBilling. Orders, account access, invoices, and payments are handled in the Client Area rather than on the public website.
The public website does not set application cookies or include analytics or advertising scripts. The Client Area, service panels, and payment providers use their own session and service mechanisms. Website requests also pass through our hosting and network infrastructure, where technical logs are generated according to the deployed configuration.
Logs and telemetry
Our systems may generate logs containing IP addresses, timestamps, requests, authentication events, errors, service activity, and other technical information.
We may also use telemetry or diagnostic information provided by software used in our infrastructure.
This information is used for security, troubleshooting, abuse prevention, performance monitoring, and service operation.
