Independent provider notice
SantosHosting.net is an independent hosting provider and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, partnered with, approved by, or endorsed by Cfx.re, FiveM, Rockstar Games, or Take-Two Interactive.
References to FiveM, Cfx.re, Rockstar Games, Grand Theft Auto, GTA, Take-Two Interactive, Discord, or any other third-party product, service, company, or trademark are made only to describe compatibility or intended use of our hosting services.
All trademarks, logos, game names, software names, and other intellectual property belong to their respective owners.
Purchasing hosting from SantosHosting does not grant you any license, ownership right, or permission to use third-party software, games, assets, trademarks, or other intellectual property beyond the rights granted directly by their respective owners.

Third-party rules and licenses
When you use third-party software, platforms, APIs, games, assets, plugins, scripts, services, or other technology on SantosHosting infrastructure, you are responsible for following all applicable licenses, terms of service, developer policies, acceptable use policies, and other rules imposed by those third parties.
For example, if you operate a Discord bot using SantosHosting, you must comply with Discord's applicable developer terms, API rules, platform policies, and other requirements.
The same principle applies to any third-party service connected to or operated through our infrastructure.
You may not use SantosHosting to bypass, violate, or assist others in violating the rules, licenses, restrictions, or terms of another platform or service.
FiveM and game server content
Customers operating FiveM or other game servers are responsible for ensuring that all resources, scripts, maps, vehicles, models, textures, plugins, modifications, and other assets used on their servers are properly licensed and authorized.
Leaked, stolen, pirated, cracked, reuploaded, or otherwise unauthorized assets are not permitted.
You are responsible for verifying that you have permission to use, modify, distribute, or host all content installed on your server.
SantosHosting does not provide customers with ownership rights to third-party game content or assets.
Resource abuse
You may not intentionally abuse or interfere with SantosHosting infrastructure.
This includes:
- Deliberately exhausting CPU, memory, storage, bandwidth, or network resources
- Running workloads primarily intended to degrade shared infrastructure
- Network flooding
- Excessive automated requests
- Port scanning or unauthorized vulnerability scanning
- Circumventing service limits or restrictions
- Attempting to access another customer's services or data
Normal resource usage associated with the service you purchased is permitted.
Security
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, credentials, applications, and hosted services.
You must not attempt to access systems, networks, accounts, or information that you are not authorized to access.
If we reasonably believe a service has been compromised or presents an immediate security risk, we may temporarily restrict or suspend it while the issue is investigated.
Enforcement
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate services that violate these Terms of Service or create a significant security, legal, operational, or abuse risk.
Severe violations may result in immediate suspension or termination.
Where practical, we may contact the customer and allow an opportunity to correct less serious violations.
SantosHosting may cooperate with valid legal requests and appropriate authorities when required by law.
Payments and billing
Orders, billing cycles, configurable options, invoices, and customer accounts are managed through our Client Area, powered by FOSSBilling. Review the plan details and final charges there before completing an order.
Customers are responsible for paying invoices by their due date.
Services may be suspended or terminated for unpaid invoices.
Fees already paid are not automatically refundable unless otherwise required by law or covered by a separate refund policy.
Chargebacks or payment disputes submitted without first attempting to resolve a billing issue with SantosHosting may result in suspension of the affected account or services while the dispute is reviewed.
Backups and customer data
Unless a service specifically includes managed backups, customers are responsible for maintaining their own backups.
Even when backups are provided, customers should maintain independent copies of important data.
SantosHosting is not intended to serve as the sole permanent copy of irreplaceable data.
Service availability
We work to provide reliable infrastructure, but no internet-connected service can guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Maintenance, hardware failures, upstream network issues, software problems, attacks, and other events may occasionally affect services.
Any specific uptime commitment applies only when explicitly provided through a separate Service Level Agreement.
Customer responsibility
You are responsible for:
- The software you install
- The content you host
- The users you allow to access your services
- Maintaining appropriate licenses and permissions
- Securing your applications and credentials
- Following applicable laws and third-party terms
- Maintaining backups where appropriate
SantosHosting provides infrastructure. We do not assume responsibility for how customers configure or operate their hosted services.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SantosHosting is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages resulting from use or inability to use our services.
Our total liability for a claim related to a service will not exceed the amount paid to SantosHosting for the affected service during the period reasonably connected to the claim, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service when our services, policies, infrastructure, or legal requirements change.
The current version will be published on our website with its updated date.
Continued use of our services after updated terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
